About Tine Wollebekk

‍

Tine brings over 20 years of executive leadership in banking, financial services, and digital transformation. She is known for driving growth, navigating complex markets, and creating shareholder value.

‍

Most recently, Tine served as CEO of Avida Finans AB (2022–2024), where she led operational improvements and business transformation through challenging market conditions. Prior to that, as Group CEO of Bank Norwegian and Norwegian Finance Holding (2017–2021), she oversaw the bank’s expansion across Nordic markets, growing the customer base from 1M to 1.8M and increasing its loan book by 40% to €3.7B.

Previously, at Telenor ASA (2012–2017), she served as SVP Global Head of Financial Services, developing financial strategies across 13 markets in Europe and Asia, reaching 20M+ customers and managing €4B+ in annual transactions. She also spent over a decade as CEO of SEB Kort Norway, building it into a Nordic payments leader with €20B+ in annual transaction volume, while also serving as SEB’s Country Manager in Norway (2007–2010).
