Our venture studio not only builds, but invests in impact startups which can clearly benefit from the studio's resources. The studio has a dividend distribution policy making our approach similar to a VC fund. However, what sets us apart from traditional funds, is that investors gain (in)direct ownership in the companies we invest in, as well as those we build and launch from within the studio itself.

What is a venture studio fund?
A venture studio fund is a hybrid model that combines the elements of a VC fund and a venture studio. This model provides financial capital to early-stage startups, similar to a traditional venture fund, while also actively participating in the creation, development, and growth of new companies, like a venture studio. The result is, investors get equity in all portfolio companies, which statistically will experience faster growth than non-studio ventures.

The venture studio fund model aims to offer a more hands-on approach and integrated support to help startups overcome challenges and accelerate their growth.
